One of the most powerful aspects of Websby is the ability for WebSpaces to be shared with other publishers.
Shared publishing forms the backbone of large web systems wherein the task of publishing web content to various areas of the website is spread out among the organization, and those with knowledge or interest in a particular content area are able to keep that part of the site current.
This approach has two huge benefits. First, by sharing a WebSpace with a person who has knowledge of the topic associated with the WebSpace, the accuracy and quality of the information published tends to be better, and Second, because the responsibilities of web publishing are shared, the content tends to be updated more frequently as needed.
From the Dashboard of the WebSpace you wish to share, click on the Share WebSpace icon

Once you begin typing the name of the person you wish to share the WebSpace with, the directory search will bring up a list of possible matches, and the list will get shorter as you type more of the person's name.
Once found, you can select the person and click the Invite Members button. You can share a WebSpace with more than one person at a time by following the same steps.
